Terms of Use (End-User License Agreement) – The Kahin

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access and use of The Kahin mobile application ("App") and related services provided by The Kahin ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use The Kahin solely for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code
• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes

2. Subscription and Payments

The Kahin offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.

• The subscription price and duration are clearly displayed in the app.
• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings.

3. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit (e.g., fortune questions, profile info). You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others’ rights.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our policies.

4. Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the app, you consent to these practices.

5. Disclaimers

• The Kahin provides entertainment services. Astrological and coffee readings are not intended for medical, legal, or financial advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any interpretation or prediction.
• Use of the app is at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or use the app in a harmful manner.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when published on our website. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Ankara.
